Personally, I found it hard to meditate and shut out the noise of modern day life when I first started on my wellness journey. This guide introduced me to sound meditation and this worked for me. Overtime I was then able to progress to more mindful meditation. My regular bathing ritual also helped me with finding my way to meditation.
